Fancy Nancy's Ink Stamps Paper is owned by Nancy Comstock. She is an Independent Stampin' Up! Demonstrator. Nancy continues to share her passion and creativity for stamping and scrapbooking through blogging, hosting in-person and online classes, and learning new techniques for all levels of stampers.
